Epoxy and polyaspartic garage floor installation
Our garage coating service covers Vancouver Island and the Vancouver region. We work with residential garages, new builds and home workshops, selecting the preparation and coating system for the concrete condition and intended use.
How is the concrete prepared?
We diamond-grind the floor rather than acid-etch it, repair cracks and remove dust. Existing coatings and contamination are assessed before application. Concrete moisture is checked, and a moisture vapor barrier is used when required.
What goes onto the floor?
An epoxy or polyaspartic base coat is followed by a full decorative flake broadcast. A UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat completes the system. Flake colours can be selected to suit the garage. An anti-slip additive is available when additional traction is needed; coated floors still require care when wet.
How much does it cost?
Garage coatings start at $8 per sq. ft. A standard double garage is $3,200 plus GST. Existing coating removal, extensive repairs, stairs and stem walls are assessed in the project quote. Residential garage installations include our 15-year warranty.
When can I use the garage?
Allow time to clear the entire floor before installation. Walking and vehicle return times depend on the coating, concrete conditions and temperature. We confirm the schedule and curing times for your project.
